The Modest Puppetry Festival IV: A New Hope brings together new and experienced puppeteers from around central Virginia for one great night of short puppet shows! From serious and contemplative to laugh out loud and everything in between and beyond, be entertained and moved by puppets of all sizes and styles. Puppetry beyond your wildest expectations! Stage performers include The Three-Brained Robot (RVA), Nettle Shirts Puppet Works, Lucky Rat Studios (RVA), Lee Connah (Baltimore), autumndaisy, Prim Bitch Productions, Zae Wilder, and The Off Center (Staunton). Musical interludes by Richmond band Susan Loquat. Tickets at the door: $15 encouraged but no one turned away for lack of funds.
