We'll be writing to Michael Kimble, one of common field's solitary gardeners who's currently imprisoned in Alabama, along with several others in the Alabama prison system: Robert Earl Council, Melvin Ray, and Raoul Poole. Council, Ray, and Poole were all featured in the recent documentary The Alabama Solution, which showcased the ongoing abuse and wretched conditions of Alabama prisons. All three have recently been moved into solitary confinement, ahead of plans for another organized prison strike.
