A monthly letter writing meet up led by Rivanna ABC.

Please join us for our yearly studio member exhibition on Friday, December 20th to Saturday, February 1st, 2025. In conjunction, we will be holding our first open studio night on Sunday, January 19th.
Direct Sow in the process of planting seeds directly in the ground, rather than transplanting starts. Direct sowing can feel a little riskier because you start with something that seems impossibly small and dormant (a tiny seed). It is also the most rewarding, however, when full plants eventually grow out of the ground like magic.
This title, a nod to our past group shows, symbolizes the power of a small idea that naturally evolves and grows with each new season. Just as a seed can blossom into a plant, we strive to create spaces that nurture local, regional, and global artists, activists, and movement workers. This show features several current V/R studio members, but is not an exhaustive list of everyone who is and has been involved in making this space what it is today.
including works by: Morgan Ashcom, Rebecca Belt, Anna Hogg, Jeremy Jean-Jacques, Sean Lopez, Will May, Kweisi Morris, Phuong Duyen Nguyen, bryan ortiz, LaRissa Rogers, Peter Russell, Anik Sparman, Jackson Taylor, Maria Villanueva, Natasha Woods, & Elena Yu
